The Meal Plan is great for optimizing nutrition for weight loss, athletic performance, or simply to get on track. The Meal Plan is a seven-day program that runs over 6 to 8 weeks and is based on your own food choices. The Meal Plan is ergonomic, gradual and you can expect to enjoy a safe 1 – 2lbs of weight loss per week. The Meal Plan is repeatable and scaleable and comes with extra’s like a healthy eating guide, an energy guide, a negative calorie food guide, a dining out guide, a personalized list of pointers (diagnosing bad habits), and a shopping list (tailored to your personal plan).
Once you’ve purchased the plan, we’ll send you a welcome email with a link to a secure online form where you’ll submit your food choices, measurements, nutrition history, medical summary and goals. You’ll also complete a food diary for 7 days to give us a clear picture of your current nutrition (you can opt out of this if you want your plan immediately).

Under the plan’s guidance you’ll eat 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, spacing your intake out as equally as possible. The foods you eat are based on your own preferences, so you know they’ll taste good. The plan lasts for 7 days and is used in a cycle for 6-8 weeks until new habits are ingrained into your nutrition lifestyle.
