Nadeen was happy to be asked by Canadian Family Magazine to offer advice and tips on health, nutrition and fitness for the whole family. Nadeen is a BIG supporter of family health programs.
First For Women
Getting rid of swimsuit anxiety was the focus of this editorial for First For Women Magazine. Nadeen’s speedy slimming exercises were published to help women perform simple moves and burn maximum calories.

In a series of 3 articles in the National Post Nadeen uncovered some personal training and nutrition insights that are critical to her training programs. Slimming, maintaining weight, gaining strength, and mobility are all featured in these articles.

Urban Rush on Shaw TV is Vancouver’s award winning entertainment talk show hosted by Michael Eckford and Fiona Forbes. The program features guests from film, television, sports, food, fashion, music and pop culture. Nadeen and Tommy were guests on Urban Rush in January 2008.

Hospital News is Canada's health care newspaper since 1987. Hospital News covers developments and issues that affect all health care professionals, administrators, patients, visitors and students. Hospital News is published monthly and is made available in distribution racks placed in high traffic areas in hospitals and related institutions across the country. Nadeen gives advice in an article titled “Beat the Weight in 2008” by Jessica Halman-Schmidt.

Beyond Fitness is Canada’s leading fitness magazine. This Canadian publication is distributed quarterly throughout Canada. You can browse a copy at most fitness facilities and general nutrition centers. Nadeen and Tommy were featured on the winter 2008 cover and they now own a regular Q&A column in every issue.

Talk 1410 “The Buzz of Vancouver” is a local Vancouver radio station covering the latest in news, weather, traffic and more. Nadeen was a guest on the Jenn and Joe show to promote the first season of Bulging Brides.
